Springboard Pilates

These amazing pieces of equipment will add resistance to your matwork and create a strong sense of connection to the deep stabilising muscles.

Exercises are performed, lying, kneeling and standing. The ability to work the arms and legs independently, along with varying spring resistance is especially beneficial in creating equilibrium throughout the body.

Stretching and mobilising the body fully, this fun and exciting class will certainly take your Pilates to a new level!

SPRINGBOARD classes are open to all levels as long as you have an understanding of the basic Pilates principles.

Classes: 3 per class, Springboard Permits can be purchased in a block of 7 classes ( to be used as you wish ) or as a drop in, depending on availability.
